Waitlist privacy

Glowden keeps your app data on your phone, in a local SQLite database. Supabase is used only for sign-in and the waitlist. This notice covers the landing page and beta waitlist, not the personal data you record inside the app.

What we collect and why
When you join, we collect your email address, your choice of iPhone or Android, the form you used and registration timestamps. We use these details to keep your place and send one invitation when the beta for your platform opens. There is no signup confirmation email and no newsletter subscription.
Joining is optional. By submitting the form, you consent to this invitation (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Email and phone platform are required to join; if you do not provide them, we cannot send the right invitation. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the form below or by emailing us, without affecting processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.
We record invitation attempts and acceptance by our email provider so we can avoid repeated invitations. An accepted email may still bounce or fail to reach your inbox.
To protect the forms from abuse, requests include technical information such as IP address and browser metadata. Our own rate limiter uses a keyed hash of the IP address, rather than storing the raw address in its throttle table. Signup and removal share the same hourly limit. Throttle entries are temporary (hourly windows, removed after approximately 65 minutes by a scheduled cleanup). Hosting, database and email providers may also process technical logs for security and service operation. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
Providers and international transfers
Supabase provides the waitlist database in Ireland. Resend sends the invitation through its European sending region, but stores email content, delivery logs and account data in the United States. European sending does not mean that all email data stays in the EU. Their data-processing agreements provide mechanisms for international transfers, including applicable standard contractual clauses. You can request more information or a copy of the relevant safeguards from us.
Cloudflare Pages serves and protects this website through Cloudflare's international network. Cloudflare processes request metadata, including IP addresses and browser user agents, for security and service operation. This may involve processing outside the EU; its data-processing agreement provides safeguards for international transfers, including applicable standard contractual clauses.
We use these providers to operate the landing, store the waitlist and deliver the invitation. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep the data
Our waitlist is temporary. We remove it within 30 days after the beta launch, unless you request erasure sooner. When you successfully leave through the form below, your waitlist row is deleted immediately. The form gives the same confirmation whether or not the address was on the list.
Deleting your waitlist entry cannot recall an invitation already sent. For erasure of related provider records or other privacy requests, email us. Provider security logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Resend's standard retention for email content and logs is 30 days, with backups retained for a further 7 days under its published retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on a legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent using the form below or the same contact address.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or the authority where you live or work. We do not use the waitlist for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and tracking
The current landing includes no advertising cookies, analytics integrations or third-party tracking fonts. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Security measures added by a hosting provider must be reflected here before publication if they introduce cookies or other storage.
Leave the waitlist
Enter the email address you used to join. A successful request deletes your entry immediately.
